What is Dru Yoga? 

Dru Yoga is a graceful, strong and potent form of yoga. Based on soft flowing movements, Dru yoga works on body, mind and spirit leaving you feeling positive and empowered. Some of the key benefits associated with Dru yoga:

What to wear and bring

  • Wear comfortable loose clothing

  • Bring warm clothing and/or blanket for the relaxation

  • Bottle of water

  • Bring a Yoga mat *there will also be some spare yoga mats available to use
